Picnic day is an annual celebration hosted by the University of California, Davis (UC Davis) that serves as an open house event; most departments at the University hold exhibits to showcase their work in fun, entertaining an innovative ways. From magic shows hosted by the chemistry department, cockroach races by entomology, or the all time favorite doxie derby by veterinary, picnic day has something for everyone!
After 7 years attending this wonderful event I finally decided to record this on film with a motley assortment. I hope I was able to capture the beauty and sincerity of this celebration.
